কিছু নির্দিষ্ট কাজ বা উদ্দেশ্যের জন্য অন্যরা চলে যাওয়ার পরও কোনো স্থানে থাকা।

'stay to' ব্যবহৃত হয় যখন কোনো নির্দিষ্ট কাজের উদ্দেশ্যে অবস্থান করা বোঝাতে হয়, যেমন 'stay to help', 'stay to study'।
