"spout off" in Japanese
Definition
自分の意見を大声で、または考えずに話すこと。しばしば他人を批判したり説教したりする時に使われ、不作法または迷惑だと考えられる。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
口語的でやや否定的・ユーモラスな響き。おしゃべりや批判好きな人を指すことが多い（例：'spout off about politics'）。'speak out'（前向き）とは違う。'rant'に似ているが、考えなしに話す意味が強い。
