Definition

কিছু জিনিস বা দেহের অংশ যেমন আঙুল বা পা একে অপরের থেকে আলাদা করে ছড়িয়ে দেওয়া বা খুলে দেওয়া।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'Splay' সাধারণত আঙুল, পা বা অন্যান্য শরীরের অংশ ছড়িয়ে দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়; লিখিত ও বর্ণনামূলক ভাষায় বেশি ব্যবহৃত। 'splayed fingers,' 'splayed cards' ইত্যাদি বাক্যে প্রচলিত। তরল জাতীয় বস্তুর জন্য সাধারণত ব্যবহার হয় না।
