Definition

誰にも気づかれずに静かにその場から抜け出すこと。普通、こっそり外出するときなどに使われる。

カジュアルな表現で、特に夜やイベントからの抜け出しによく使います。「sneak out of the house」=家をこっそり抜け出す、のように使われます。少し悪さをするニュアンスがあります。
