শুধুমাত্র হালকা অস্বস্তির জন্য নয়, বরং দৃশ্যমান শরীরী প্রতিক্রিয়ার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়। সাধারণত 'the thought' বা 'the idea' এর মতো কথার পর।
