用來形容為了吸引注意力而特別鮮豔、誇張或張揚的事物或人。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

常帶批評或負面色彩，多形容衣服、珠寶或行為。不要和“show”(展示)混淆。“Showy”接近於“flashy”，但語氣可以更中性或少許正式。
