自分の習慣や考え方、やり方を変えようとしない人を指します。特に年齢を重ねるごとに顕著になります。

カジュアルな表現で、特に高齢者について使われますが、誰にでも使えます。'be'や'become'のような動詞とともに使われ、「頑固」や「変化を受け入れたがらない」ニュアンスがあります。
