愛し合う二人が家族や周囲に反対されて、ひそかに一緒にどこかへ逃げること。新たな生活を始めようとする場合によく使います。

'駆け落ち'は恋愛関係で多く使われ、両親の反対など障害を逃れるためにひそかに逃げる、文学やドラマでもよく登場します。普通の旅行や外出には使いません。
