यह मुख्यतः अनौपचारिक है, असावधानी अथवा जल्दी में की जा रही खोज को दर्शाता है। सामान्यतः बैग, दराज या डिब्बे में इस्तेमाल होता है और इसमें अक्सर जल्दबाजी या झुंझलाहट भी झलकती है।
