Definition
"Row" puede significar una línea de personas o cosas colocadas una al lado de otra, o una línea horizontal en una tabla, un aula o un teatro. También puede ser un verbo que significa mover un bote en el agua usando remos.

Como sustantivo, son comunes frases como 'in the front row', 'a row of houses' y 'row number five'. En tablas y asientos, 'row' es horizontal; 'column' es vertical. Como verbo, normalmente se usa en 'row a boat'. Ojo: existe otra palabra escrita igual, 'row', que en inglés británico puede significar 'discusión', pero se pronuncia distinto.
