Definition

決まった目的地や計画なく、楽しくまたは好奇心からあちこち歩き回ること。

カジュアルな表現。「公園」「町」「ショッピングモール」などによく使われ、特定の目的がない移動。'wander around'と似ているが、より広い範囲を動くニュアンス。乗り物には使わない。

We like to roam around the park after lunch.
