सामान्यतः अंगूठे से पृष्ठ या पत्तों को जल्दी-जल्दी पलटना, या किसी चीज को हल्के-फुल्के तरीके से तेजी से देखना।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

अक्सर 'riffle through pages' (पन्ने जल्दी पलटना) या 'riffle through a deck of cards' (पत्ते जल्दी से मिलाना) में इस्तेमाल होता है। 'shuffle' से हल्का और तेज़। सामान्यतः किताब या ताश के संदर्भ में आता है।
