Quando a comida ou o gosto dela volta à boca após comer, normalmente causando um gosto ou sensação desagradável; geralmente relacionado à má digestão ou refluxo.

Expressão informal e tipicamente britânica. Usada para alimentos que causam refluxo ou arrotos ('Onions repeat on me'). Nos EUA, é mais comum usar 'gives me heartburn'. Não se usa no sentido de repetir ações.
