Definition

飲み込んだ食べ物や液体が強い嘔吐なしに口に戻る現象。医学では、血液などが心臓などで逆流することも指す。

主に医療や科学の分野で使われます。特に消化不良や心臓弁の異常（例：「僧帽弁逆流」）を指します。日常会話ではほとんど使われず、「vomiting」（嘔吐）ほど強い動作は意味しません。
