কিছু লেখা, যেমন তালিকা, স্ক্রিন বা ডকুমেন্টে যা লেখা আছে, সেগুলো উচ্চ声ে পড়ে অন্যদের শোনানো।

মূলত দ্রুত তালিকাভুক্ত জিনিসসমূহ বা তথ্য পড়ে শোনাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'read off names', 'read off the answers' এর মতো বাক্যে আসে। সাধারণত খুব সহজ, কার্যকরী ও রুটিন ধরনের।
