একটি চক্র বা পুলি হলো একটি সাধারণ যন্ত্র, যার চারপাশে দড়ি লাগানোর জন্য খাঁজ থাকে, ভারী বস্তু ওঠানামা বা স্থানান্তরের কাজে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
