Bir şeyin kabul edilebilir fakat sıradan ve mükemmel olmayan bir seviyede olması. Aynı zamanda bir yolun veya geçidin geçilebilir olduğunu belirtir.

'Idare eder' genellikle yemek, beceri, ya da yollar gibi konular için minimum standartları karşıladığını belirtmek için kullanılır. Hafif olumsuz/isteksiz bir ton içerebilir.
