Definition

パドル（櫂）を使って手でボートや物を水の上で動かすこと。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主にカヌーやカヤックのような小さなボートに使われます。「rowed（オールでこいだ）」とは異なる動きです。子供が浅瀬で遊ぶ場合にも使われます。
