「Off board」可以指不在棋盤或平台上（如在遊戲中），也可以指下車、下船等離開交通工具。

多用於技術、棋類或交通上下文。棋類中指不在棋盤，交通中指下車/下船。日常生活其他情境不使用。請勿與“onboard”混淆。
