Bir şeyin beklenenden veya istenenden daha az olduğunu vurgulamak için 'hiç de' ya da 'pek de' anlamında kullanılır.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
Biraz eski veya edebi bir ifadedir. Negatif vurguda kullanılır ve mutlaka sıfat ya da zarfın önüne gelir: 'none too happy'. 'not too' daha hafif bir anlamda kullanılır.
