形容物体非常软、湿且容易捣成糊状。也可指某种过于感情化或煽情的表达，显得做作。

“Mushy”为非正式用语，多用于食物变得太软，也形容感情表达太肉麻（如“mushy情书”）。不要与“soggy”（湿透的）混淆，形容人时有调侃意味。
