体の力を使って何かを動かしたりコントロールしたりすること。また、許可なく無理やり状況に入り込むことも意味します。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
カジュアルまたは半フォーマルな場面で使われることが多い。「muscling in on」は強引に入り込む意味で、「muscling through」は努力や強い意志で押し通すときに使います。直喩・比喩どちらにも使われます。
