粗野でマナーのない、不作法な態度をとる男や少年のこと。攻撃的な場合も多い。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

否定的な意味で男性や少年に多く使われる。'drunken lout'や'sports lout'などの形で使われ、日常会話ではあまり用いられない。粗暴さや無作法さを強調する。
