누군가가 이상하게 행동하거나 정신을 잃은 것처럼 보일 때 쓰는 표현입니다. 흔히 농담이나 가볍게 사용할 때 사용됩니다.

아주 비공식적이고, 가볍거나 친근하게 누군가의 이상한 행동이나 깜빡함을 농담처럼 말할 때 자주 씁니다. '미치다'와 비슷하지만 덜 심각합니다.
