Estar en un lugar sin orden, generalmente creando desorden, o pasar el tiempo sin hacer nada en especial y siendo perezoso.

Usage Notes (Spanish)

Informal. Se usa para cosas ('Hay ropa tirada por ahí') y personas ('Solo está tumbado todo el día'). No confundir con 'tumbarse'. Sugiere desorden o pereza.
