他人から土地や建物、設備などを借りて、使用する人や会社。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「賃借人」は主に契約書や法律文書で使われ、日常会話ではあまり使いません。不動産や賃貸契約に関連した場面で使われます。「貸主（lessor）」が反対側です。

Examples

The lessee must pay rent every month.

**賃借人**は毎月家賃を支払わなければなりません。

A lessee signs a contract with the property owner.

**賃借人**は物件の所有者と契約を結びます。

The lessee can use the car for three years.
