Traduzir palavras faladas de uma língua para outra para alguém, normalmente em tempo real, durante uma conversa, reunião ou evento.

Usado em contextos formais/neutros, principalmente em reuniões ou eventos oficiais. Não é o mesmo que 'translate for', que geralmente se refere à tradução escrita. Quem faz isso é o 'interpreter'. Costuma-se usar com alguém específico: 'interpret for the team', 'interpret for the group'.
