Personas que inician problemas, provocan acciones o animan a otros a comenzar algo, a menudo algo negativo o disruptivo.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Normalmente se usa para personas que inician conflictos o disturbios pero no siempre son los líderes. A menudo va con 'de la violencia', 'de la protesta' o 'detrás de escena'. Es más formal que 'problemático'.
