権力者や有名人、組織の中で、最も信頼されている親しい少人数のグループ。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

信頼や特別な関係を示し、限定された人達にだけ使われます。「be part of～」「invite into～」などで使われます。物理的な円には使いません。
