“In business” 指公司或个人仍在运营，没有关闭。也可以表示从事商业活动。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))

“In business” 用于正式和口语都可以，表示公司/店铺还在营业或个人做生意。不要和“doing business”混淆（指做具体的交易）。在口语中，“we're in business!”也可以表示一切准备就绪，可以开始了。
