Cubrirse de hielo o congelarse, impidiendo el movimiento o el funcionamiento.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa principalmente para objetos físicos (ventanas, motores, lagos) que se cubren de hielo debido al frío. Es informal y típico en épocas frías. Se suele decir: 'the lock iced up'. No se usa sobre personas ni emociones.
