"hyphenate" in Vietnamese
Definition
Dùng dấu gạch ngang (-) để nối các từ hoặc tách một từ ở cuối dòng khi viết.
Usage Notes (Vietnamese)
Dùng nhiều trong văn bản chính thức hoặc học thuật. Chủ yếu với tính từ ghép ('well-known'), khi ngắt dòng hoặc để rõ nghĩa. Đừng nhầm với dấu gạch dài (dash).
