一种随意问某事为什么发生、为什么成立的方式；类似于“为什么”，但更口语，常带有惊讶的语气。

非常口语化，多用于口头表达，带有惊讶或好奇的语气。在英语中 'How come' 后面不加 'do/does/did'。不适合正式场合。
