'Hotfoot' تعبير غير رسمي ويستخدم غالبا في القصص أو الكتابات القديمة أو المزاح. عبارة شائعة هي 'hotfoot it to' (يهرع بسرعة إلى). أقل شيوعاً في الحديث اليومي من 'run' أو 'rush'.
