यह मुहावरा है, थोड़ा सख्त या पुराने जमाने का लग सकता है। जब कोई अनुचित बात कहने वाला हो, तब इस्तेमाल होता है। 'जुबान काटना' जैसा है, मगर ज्यादा सख्त।
