ऐसे समय में जब बोलने का अवसर हो, चुप रहना और अपनी राय न देना, खासकर औपचारिक या पारंपरिक अवसरों पर।

अक्सर औपचारिक या पारंपरिक अवसरों पर (जैसे शादी में 'अब बोले वरना सदा के लिए चुप रहे'), रोज़मर्रा की बातचीत में नहीं कहते। 'Peace' यहां चुप्पी का अर्थ है, शांति का नहीं।
