Baixar-se rapidamente ou atirar-se ao chão, normalmente para evitar perigo ou algo a cair. Também pode significar preparar-se para a ação.

Expressão informal. Usada quando há perigo súbito, como explosões ou coisas a cair. Pode também ser metafórica, para começar algo rapidamente. Não usar para só se sentar ou deitar.
