Tener inmediatamente una buena relación con alguien; llevarse muy bien desde el principio.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Es una expresión informal y coloquial, usada sobre todo para amistades o parejas. Se usa para indicar una muy buena conexión al conocerse: 'We really hit it off with them.' No es literal (no significa golpear). Usar 'with' para mencionar la persona.
