두려움이나 무언가를 피하려고 매우 빠르게 도망치거나 떠나는 것.

비격식적으로 주로 미국식 영어에서 사용되며, 급하게 탈출하거나 뭔가를 피할 때 씁니다. 공식적인 글에서는 사용하지 말 것. 'hightail it out of here'는 '여기서 빨리 나가자' 의미.
