Definition

火鉢は、日本の伝統的な炭火式の暖房器具ですが、西洋では料理用の小型グリルやバーベキューを指します。

日本では火鉢は暖房器具であり、調理には使いません。西洋では小型グリルや『hibachiレストラン』の意味でも使われます。『鉄板焼き』とは別物です。
