Fazer com que algo fique totalmente quente, por dentro e por fora, sem nenhuma parte fria.

Muito usada em receitas, especialmente para sopas, pratos de forno e sobras. Quer dizer que o alimento deve ficar quente por completo, não só por fora. Diferente de 'reheat' (reaquecer) e 'heat up' (esquentar em geral). Normalmente usada com comida.
