認為自己聽到了不存在的聲音、說話聲或噪音，或別人聽不到的聲音。有時也指聽錯或想像出來的聲音。

非正式用語，常用來形容幻聽，也可指聽錯或以為自己聽到什麼。不是指真的聽到聲音。常見於「我是不是幻聽了？」。
