춥거나 무섭거나 감동받았을 때 피부에 생기는 작은 돌기. '소름'이나 '닭살'로도 불림.

'Goose pimples'과 'goose bumps'는 같은 뜻이지만 'goose bumps'가 더 많이 쓰임. 추위, 감동, 공포 등 강한 느낌에 쓰이며 보통 복수형으로 사용.
