Arabada vitesleri değiştirmek için kullanılan kola verilen isimdir. Genellikle manuel araçlarda bulunur.

ABD İngilizcesinde yaygındır; İngiliz İngilizcesinde 'gear stick' veya 'gear lever' denir. Daha çok manuel araçlar için söylenir ama otomatikler için de kullanılabiliyor.
