Um sobrevoo é quando uma nave espacial ou objeto passa perto de outro objeto, como um planeta, para observar ou recolher dados sem parar ou aterrar.

"Flyby" é sobretudo usado em ciência, em especial em explorações espaciais. Surge em notícias sobre planetas, cometas ou missões espaciais. Não se usa para voos comuns de aviões. Plural: flybys.
