Birini, genellikle beklenmedik ya da stresli bir durumda kafası karışık, gergin veya huzursuz hale getirmek.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
Daha çok hafif zihinsel karmaşa veya heyecan için, ağır panik durumları için değil. 'get flustered' kişi kendi telaşlanır; 'fluster someone' başkasını telaşlandırır. Fiziksel bir hareketlilik anlamı yoktur.
