Kısa ve plansız bir şekilde, genellikle önceden haber vermeden birini ziyaret etmek veya bir yere gitmek.

Resmiyetten uzak, samimi ziyaretlerde ve kısa süreli uğramalarda kullanılır. 'just drop by' gibi ifadelerle spontanlık vurgulanır ve uzun ziyaretler için uygun değildir.
