誰かを公式に団体やチーム、特に軍隊に加わらせること。多くの場合、その人の意思に反して行われる。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

軍隊関連でよく使われます（'drafted into the army'）。スポーツや仕事にも。自発的参加ではありません。'draft'（下書き）と混同しないでください。
