元気がなかったり、がっかりしたり、気分が落ち込んでいる時に使う表現です。

口語的でやや古風な表現。'feeling blue'や'落ち込む'と似ていて、深刻なうつ状態には使いません。見た目や雰囲気についてよく使います。
