Definition
কাউকে সঠিক নিয়ম বা আচরণ শেখানোর জন্য নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা বা সীমা নির্ধারণ করার প্রক্রিয়া। এতে শাস্তির পাশাপাশি শেখানোও অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
শিশু, ছাত্র বা কর্মক্ষেত্রে আচরণ সংশোধনে ব্যবহৃত হয়। শুধু শাস্তি নয়, শেখানো এবং ইতিবাচক উপায়েও প্রয়োগ হয়। 'disciplining' শুধু 'punishing' নয়।
